Shop that can Install Turbos

So I live in San Diego and my car is currently in Los Angeles at ProjectImports waiting to get my turbos installed. It's currently been waiting there for 6 weeks just sitting there and I could've been driving it the whole time. They told me once all the misc. parts arrive then they can start the install but its been 4 weeks since I ordered all the parts. It took them 2 weeks just to inventory all my parts and put in the order. Before I dropped off the car they said they would have everything done in 3-4 weeks. I'm disappointed in their customer service. I'm thinking about withdrawing my car back if I can find a reputable shop that can do the job. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Speed Force Racing is in San Diego. Also GTM in Fontana but you'll likely to get the same customer service. Every shop I've seen in the SD/LA area are usually busy and delays are expected.
