If I don't like your comment don't read it? Lets see, exactly how would I know if I liked your comment or not, unless I read it? hmmm...By the way, I understand he shouldn't be driving that way...But people make mistakes, and many of us don't learn our lesson until something serious happens...Luckily nobody was hurt, the point is that atleast now he gets it...I myself said he should take it to the track, endangering other peoples lives is not cool...But like Steve Areno said, the mans down right now...You could have been a little less harsh when calling him out...Thats all

I agree with G35Tuning. I, myself, do many stupid stuff in my car. I like speed, I like drifting. You never think its going to happen to you and driving (driving fast for most) is something enjoyable. I do it, and I am sure I am not the only person who speeds. Like what, 80% of us members have radar detectors? if not more. I wonder why? Not to mention performance upgrades.

He comes here to share with us his pain (and I dont only mean physical), I know Id be in pain if my G got crashed, and most of you are acting like parents saying that he shouldnt have been going fast and that he is an idiot? I just dont see how that's fair considering that most of us have, at one point, done something "stupid" endagering someone else. Unfortunatelly for him, however, he crashed while doing it.

But this was definetly a wake up call.
Rudeboy, glad to hear you got out of it ok... i totalled my 04 G35 coupe and am surprised me and my passenger got out of it w/ o a sratch! it changed my life also... its kinda sad that something major like this has to happen to us for us to wake up, but its true... be safe!

ps: lets all be glad we drive such safe cars...

Of course everyone makes mistakes... but don't expect pity from everyone either. If it takes you a speeding ticket and a crashed car to learn your lesson...then I think it's stupid. Sorry I don't "sugar coat" things to everyone's expectations, but I call it as I see it. I've lost too many people to traffic accidents cause by speeding drivers...so unforunately I don't feel sorry when someone ends up like this. I'm glad he learned his lesson, he got lucky-- but if he would of learned from the speeding ticket, he might of still have his M3. So before you go around calling my comment ignorant...try to see all sides of the story first.

Hey man glad to hear your okay. Something of this magnitude really wakes you up. I see both point of views- xena's and g35tuning. While it may be unfortunate that a near death life experience has inspired an epiphany to drive more precauitiously, but we must have sympathy because this type of experience is very frightening and I'm sure John already knows he should have been more precautious from his speeding ticket. Anyways...your very lucky and i guess BMW lives up to it's name

I did alittle search on your record on this forum....... IMHO~ You need to give up your key or you'll wound up dead (knock on wood) sooner or later. You have a serious problem behind the wheel that needs to be taken care of one way or another. I'll save the 'you are a moron' lecture and just post a list of your records in the last 12 months.

2/20/04 - Bought G35C 5AT

4/03/04 - Crashed G35C, $4500 damage. VDC off (preventable)

5/18/04 - Asking about a race with WRX

5/31/04 - Street racing w/ friend to triple digits

7/06/04 - Driving 110mph for 3 hours straight

10/15/04 - Another story about street racing at 'MAX mph'

11/13/04 - Bought M3

1/10/05 - Got Ticket for 100+mph

2/04/05 - Wrecked the M3 - flipped over on a cliff?

Stop driving all together and take a bus. I am surprised they didn't take away your license with that traffic ticket back in January. Take care and think about your family sometimes, don't be a menace to society and your family.

Hey SukadikARAIN (whatever your name is) seems you've got too much time on your hand to be researching his record. The man likes speed just like we all do, and hey **** happens. Chill out, Amigo. It's none of your business

iimprezu,

hmmm....Just in case you couldn't figure it out, "Sukairain" is the phonetic spelling of "Skyline" as written in Japanese Katakana (basically pronounced "Su-kai-ra-in")....

Just an FYI - since the rest of us already know what it means....

Take care,

Mark

1. I'm glad Rudedude is alive.

2. Some one was actually hurt. All of our insurance rates will increase due to more and more at-fault accidents. Also he mentioned a sore shoulder which he didn't have prior to the accident.

3. Suk's post regarding this drivers past was very important. It keeps people from defending someone who is not worth of defense. Past actions speak volumes about future behavior! In this case, the future was just waiting to happen. (Captain obvious to the rescue )

4. Hopefully Rudedude has learned his lesson and "grows up" and starts acting much more responsibly. Imagine what would have happened if he would have killed someone, someone that YOU happened to love.

5. Should you really learn from this experience and change your ways, may I suggest changing your screen name to rudeman?

He apparently bought a Chrysler 300C about a week ago and is now on the list for a new 500+hp M5. Sure looks like he learned his lesson.

This kid might not have earned a Darwin award, but his parent's wallet certainly has.
