Anyone ever been to...
Most insurance companies who use direct repair shops have these shops on their list. To make it on to an insurance company's DRP list, it generally has to have a sertain service standard and repair quality standard.
Caliber Collision in Chino Hills, btw, uses one of the most advanced shop facilities. As of about 2 years ago, there was only one other like it in Texas somewhere. It is built from the ground up as a body shop to provide a streamlined process in vehicle repair. It almost resembles an assembly line. I took a tour of the facility years ago and it was simply just the shop of my dreams. They have an Eterprise Rental Car office on-site and they pick customers up from other body shops to get their rentals and when the people see this place they go back to their body shop and bring their car there instead for repairs. They claim that their repairs complete faster as well due to the streamlined process with no sacrifice in quality. And lastly, the facility stays so clean, you can eat off their shop floor. I'm not sure they've built any other facilities like it since.
