The show was rushed way to quickly. It should have started and ended later.

HaHa Ed. I can't believe ur friend rushed u out of there b4 u had a chance to say hi to Courtney.
So Rom....what time were we supposed to meet in Big Bear again? {:-)

Those are some really good pics!! You had to be in a really good spot to take those pics. I take it you were with all those guys in the concrete barrier on the track. I have a ? how did you make the background blur, but the car is in focus? Pm me with info if you can. Thanks and nice pics again.

Thanks for the comments on the pics; to answer some of the questions, yes, I was down in the pits for most of the event, I shoot with a Canon 20D, and about the blurring of the pic, check out the link below:

damn, to get a shot that close and that clear with my camera i'd literally have to be on the track lol...imagine how close i'd have to get with my camera phone lol

I was shooting anywhere from 1/160 - 1/250 or something like that; it varied on the action/time of shots. I'll post some more later on when I get home from work.

I actually do not know who Courtney Day is. Never met her.

Nice panning technique man. I'm an amateur photographer too. I use a D60 but I haven't got the money to upgrade to a nice lens yet. What kind of lens were you shooting with? I love the angle of the yellow R34 shot. Nice shots man. Keep up the good work.
