Vegas does suck... but something close by you can go to is Sutra.. that place is tight... also you can go to White Lotus in LA... if you can get in

 

One of the best ways I've found to get into White lotus is on the 4TheLoop bus. This thing is awesome (http://4theloop.com/).They always sell out fast when going to White Lotus.

My favorite place to bar hop is by far the Hermosa pier. There are so many places within walking distance- even for when you get tired of the Sharkeez and Sangrias crowds...

My opinion is biased though cause I live so darned close...

 

Is that point 702 or something similar still good? wha about einsteins still $.5 beer specials?

Yup I agree... Vegas did really suck. Cheap drinks.... but really empty.

 

I love going to Hermosa when I'm in town, Pier Street in Newport isn't bad either... but not the best place to bar hop

 

If you want to go bar hopping in LA, the best place is probably the Sunset strip in Hollywood. They have a bunch of bars within a 2-3 block radius. Parking sucks though.
