Fun with a Ferrari =)

After leaving the Exotic Car GTG, my friend Rob and I came up on a Ferrari Spider and decided to see how our new G35's compared Suprisingly, after both me and Rob took a go at racing it, he didn't pull on us very much at all (and yes, he was trying...he downshifted quite often). All in all...I am VERY pleased on the stock performance of our G35's. He got a car length at most on a pretty lengthy straight away run

Rob and Target in lineup

Dude checkin' out my beast at the next light...

The competition

Me and the Ferrari running. That's the farthest gap he could get on me

Rob and Ferrari head to head

U r joking right???

He must be a terrible driver or his car is not broken in yet and so he is taking it easy on it.

A while back I when I had 94 Acura coupe, Its quite fast (230hp). Anyway cominng down from SF on hwy101 I saw this teenage punk in Ferrari. He was doing around 70mph. So I came from behind to and caught upto him. I wanted to see if my car can hang with it as I had gotten it not too long ago. He saw me pull next to him just shifted down from 6th to 3rd and I saw his wheel literally spin (some smoke too) at 70mph and he pulled away despite my flooring the pedal. Needless to say he was gone. To be fair I had 3 friends in car and he was solo. Regardless he would have walked all over me.

Yea bro, if your G was stock, then he would have smoked the color off of your car.

There's a saying...
Ferrari owners are a bunch of ******* that couldn't afford a Lamborghini...
By the looks of those pics, the guy driving definitely looks like a ******.

Dude lets just SAY he couldnt pull on you for kicks... Its a ferrari dude. Its purrrre SEXINISS. If I had one and it was slower than a G, at the end of the day, I have a $190,000 +/- Ferrari that people take pics of and give me the thumbs up always and you have a 40 +/- k G35 like everyone else in S. Cal. Maybe thats just my thinking... Anyone else agree?

I think it was the 3.6L V8 (400hp). I'm not saying that the Ferrari wouldn't smoke the doors off of a G35 in a lengthly run, obviously it's top end it much higher! I was just shocked that he didn't pull harder than he did. I know if I owned a Ferrari and was running someone, I wouldn't hold back just to make my Farrari seem slow

I think you should change the title of this post to "FUN WITH a G35"

Because Ferrari was having fun with the G35 not the other way around
