there's a place in Westminster called Wheels America. They work on alot of wheels...i think it costs $120 something per wheel...only thing is, they charge the same for anything...meaning if you're wheels are bent, they'll charge you the same as someone who only needs minor polishing work. but they're turn-around time is super fast. usually 1 day.

RashMan1450 might know it. His brother had a 330Ci on some 19 inch rims and he got some quotes on blacking out his rims, so I'm thinking he would know also...But as for me, I have no idea bro...

Any paint shop should be able to do it. The hardest part is masking the lip off. If you want it done even better and your rims are a 2 or 3 piece, you can take off the center and have them painted, then put em back together. But I'm not sure if the 5z's are detachable. Also, im sure you've looked into powdercoating them but that would be a lot better as far as protection against scratches n such. Paint can be chipped easily. There's a place in chino hills called Brite shark that powdercoated my dad's rims for pretty cheap. (no more than 150 per rim on 24's).
