also,i did this research a while back but i can't remember chit right now.please list front bumpers that NOT made out of fiberglass.thanks

I think the man up there is also telling you to put your license plates back on, heck he even helped ya out with one of the holes, your turn to punch the other one out and follow the law!

That same thing happened to my friends new 911 Turbo about 2 months ago (steel rod through the bumper on the freeway)... Needless to say, that sux. Sorry to hear about it.

Screw the front plate.
I just met a great ding/dent repairman.
If you want, i can ask him if he can help out in this situation.

He can restore body panels and bumpers as well.
Hell, he can just about do anything.

Ya mala muh la?

ouch Steve I feel the pain man.. glad it didn't go higher and your safe so its all good.. for the front bumper why spend all that money getting a new and prepping it and painting it, why not just use that same bumper, just have them fix the hole.. it will be alot cheaper..

cus i can have the other bumper done on the side then swap them.plus this is a good timing for me to switch to something else other than fiberglass which going to crack/chips again as soon as i hit a ply
Dru..can he do mobil?meaning fix it while bumper on the car at my work?

btw,what the hell is Ya mala muh la? shouldn't it be ya mala *** ka?

Hey Steve,

I feel your pain, a month and a half ago A metal jewelry box flew out of a pickup truck in front of me and gashed my right fender and bumper... my car is all better now.

2. time
3. location
4. call cal trans for confirmation
5. call dmv to report it
6. notify insurance to cover it

but before u do all this..i think u should go pedestrian hunting first.

thx guys.yea i did call the city (that's the 1st step i'm gonna take) and the only guy who has the power to resolve this matter is on vacation until monday (yep,it's my luck) so i just have to wait to hear from him before i take the next step.

Well now you can call your car a Unicorn wanna be. Damn Steve that sucks just when you think you spent enough on your car something like this happens. But knowing you, you probably did that on purpose so you can buy a new bumper.
