Street Image in So Cal

I had my suspension done @ Street Image. They are all cool there and they had the best prices by far. Awesome service too. Not to mention there was a lil hottie working behind the counter that was nice to look at while they were working on my G.

Recommend them. They did my suspension and brakes. Mondo pretty much does all the work and does a great job thus far. As for trouble shooting stuff, I haven't been sold yet they have that capability.

also...if you're car is modified and lowered with a kit....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take it to StreetImage because they will take care of your car! i take my car there for oil changes from now on. i was smiling like crazy seeing how they handled my car because its either meets your expectations or exceeds it...
I had a situation with the dealership and messing up my rims when they were doing an oil change...kinda wonder what they touch when i bring the car in for an oil change and they mess up my rim...good thing is...they paid for my rim.

Everyone join in, lets bad mouth Street Image!
NOT.
Threads like this **** me off because its only showing the negative or the un satisfying experiences a individual received.
Although there are countless posts and threads that are simply there to praise Street Image, threads like this, turns into a bad mouthing of a company.
I am not affiliated with Street Image, but consider my self a long time customer. I, along with many many other customers have spent thousands of dollars at Street Image, and can honestly say it has been a great experience from the beginning.
I think the thing about Street Image that keeps me coming back, is their promise and the way they stand behind their work. Any time i ever have an issue, with my car someone at Street Image is always there to take my call and help me work it out.
To say there is a company out there, let alone a Automotive shop, that is flawless is not possible. I believe Street Image does great work and handles the cars the way you would want your car treated, however i do believe they would much more successful if they had better organization towards scheduling.

Let me be upfront and honest with everyone.
I've have a crapload of mods done with them.
But i do have some VERY VERY SERIOUS complaints about them.
Here they are.
1. My stomach ALWAYS hurts after spending some time at SI.
(Mondo makes me laugh out loud)
2. I keep having to go back to them after something's done.
(Because they pamper the hell out of your car and you want that AGAIN for the next job)
3. I can't get mad at them.
(Because they're up front and honest.)
But seriously people, everyone needs to understand that cars aren't all cut and dry.
These guys aren't gonna book 10 header install jobs in one day and just try to get to as many as they want.
Issues arise, and they want to take care of it.
I remember once when i was waiting for the guy in front of me to finish.
It was an Evo8 MR getting a Fuji exhaust installed.
Another shop that installed the previous exhaust system FOCKED up had the O2 sensor installed on the wrong side. The boys at SI took initiative, got it repaired, got the exhaust installed and sent him on his way.
Don't be a fockin meow meow about waiting and issues that might arise with modding cars. This isn't Disneyland folks. **** happens.
It's what happens when you want stuff done right.
Sometimes it takes a little longer, but if it's done right, then that's all that matters.
I do know that the guys at SI are always trying their best.
They are human too, yano.
Family and personal lives.
They still get my thumbs up to this day.
