why this time there an't that many people sign up as last time??? where is everybody??

Just an update guys:
I called OC Park Services and they have no problem for us to have a meet there. They specified that there will be NO ALCOHOL since it's a public park. Parking is $1/hr but they cannot guarantee parking spaces so I would suggest everyone to show up early so we can park together. I'll park in the North corner of the parking lot near the light house early and try to fend off the area.
We actually need some bodies around 9am in the morning to hold the space in the BBQ and organize the parking in the parking lot. The BBQ site is first come first serve, so we need some bodies to occupy the space before everyone shows up. There are only 3 shaded patios with appx 25 people max each. We should get 2 of those patios that day occupied early. If anyone can help me out with this it would be great. I will likely be running around most of the day.

Rememberm the parking and BBQ spots are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. So please come early because we won't be able to hold 40 parking spaces with 10 cars. There are only shaded 3 patios (seats appx 30 ppl each) on site. The rest of the seats are non-shaded.
