Exhaust Mods pass Smog test???

Hey everyone, I just had a quick question. Will doing exhaust mods have a significant effect on our smog test? For example, if I add a Crawford plenum, headers, exhaust, etc. will I still be able to pass the smog test? I know California is a lot more restrictive in terms of exhaust modifications. Thanks.

I've asked the question about my setup and the answer has been "yes" it will pass smog... Not sure about the headers (I don’t have ‘em yet)... Theoretically I would think yes, but technically they might be able to screw you. Not positive, but I wouldn't be surprised.

The G is so new I don't think anyone has had to smog yet. Even if they have sold it's still clear form smog check (in CA).

I think the visual inspection will be subject to more scrutiny than the actual emissions. When it comes time for my smog test I will have a source do a pre-inspect then put stock parts on if necessary - pain in the @ss, but if that’s what has to be done to pass, that’s what I will do.
