Any contacts for Tustin Infiniti?

I'm looking for anyone that may have a friend in the service dept at the Tustin Infiniti Dealership. My car was in a collusion a couple months ago and ever since I got it back the fuse for the ECCS keeps blowing, the repairshop told me to take it to a dealership. Now, Hari at the Tustin store is being a jerk and will not work on my car because I have an aftermarket stereo and I quote "Even if you disconnect a speaker, your car may not run right" I'm sick of the BS. I'm not trying to do a warranty claim, what I want them to do is replace the IPDM and Wiring harness and possibly the ECM for the car and bill it to my open claim with my insurance. Does anyone know anybody at this dealership or a close (I will have to tow my car) one that will take me seriously.

From my experience, it's all about attitude. I have never had a problem with Heri or Rick, Tom, or Frank (etc.) I usually deal with Rick as my service writer, although I get Heri once in a while.

If you go in half cocked ready to rumble, it is hard to get an dealer to work with you. I don't know what to say, maybe you caught 'em on the wrong day... but I have never had a problem, personally.

I never have any problem with Frank. he hooked my car up everytime I have a problem.

Ditto... I've dealt with all of 'em and never had a bad experience - in fact I have high praise for their service. Actually I'm surprised that so many people have negative experience.

Trust me, Tustin is 100% better than Costa Mesa!!!

Ask Kia what he does to get these "special hookups"....or better yet, ask Tom.

Well I spoke to Tom and he actually seemed to listen and was surprised why Heri did nothing on my last visit. I'm supposed to Tow my car in on Wednesday for them to replace the wiring harness from the ECCS to the IPDM and potentially the IPDM as well. I've only put 1000 miles on my car since July 1 and I normally put 1200-1500/month because I keep having problems since the initial repair work. Maybe once the repair is done, time to trade for an '06.
