G35 vs. F-150 - I WIN!!!
G35 vs. F-150 - I WIN!!!
Yeah so back on the 16th, I went with a friend to the INDY 400 at the California Speedway. Had a good time kickin' it at the Red Bull camp at the end of pit row. We decided to leave early to get ahead of the traffic. I was turnung up an exit row and talking to my friend, when all of a sudden there's this F-150 crew cab running right across the drive in front of me!
I hit the brakes and stopped in time to hear/see the truck brush across the front of my car. After we connect is when he decides to stop (about a car length), he jumps out accusing me of speeding in the parking lot. My friend who is about my height (6'3") but way more muscular starts yelling back at the guy threatening to tear his head off or something. Any way long story short, my bumper is scraped (rubbed) more than damaged the paint is a little cracked. I looked at his truck, his running board (tube style) didn't offer much protection after all, both passenger doors are all rumpled along the bottom. His damage is going to have to replace the outer portions of the doors at least, and replacement of his running board. I think they'll just have to replaced and repaint my bumper cover. When I redid the rear bumper cover it only cost me about $550.00. Bets of all, my insurance has said I'm not at fault and his insurance really wanted to talk to him after I told them my side of the story. Any way that's it, thanks for reading.
