I want to get my taillights smokedout-only inner conners of outter edges though. I don't want whole thing to be black. I rememer a vendor who does that, but now I want that done, I can't find him. You damn Murphy !

I know there are many G's out there with taillights like that. What shop did you go get yours done?? How much should I expect to pay for this job? Is it like tinting or painting? This will look awsome with my DG I live in Antelope Valley, but willing to travel south.

Uh, and I was wondering is this also doable on headlights? Of course just little thin area of outter edges. I have seen one G like that and it looked good. Not too sure about on headlights, but definately I am getting my tailights smoked out.

Anyways, they are pretty much like tint film (made of vinyl) and they go over your headlights/tailights. Most tint shops can do it for you but you can do it by yourself with a little bit of soap, water, and effort.

Yeahhh those pice are exactly what I am talking about. I saw this taililght tinting kit on ebay, but it was for tinting the entire taillight-which I don't want. Did you do it for yourself wickedG35? If it is easy, I will get the film from ebay and I will do it myself.

you can purchase them from BlueBat and get them installed at TintZone in Hacienda Heights. I wouldn't do it yourself cuz it's kinda tricky. Not worth it. If you want TintZone's info, PM me.

That isn't my car but those are the overlays you are looking for. Go to the link I provided and you can write to Bat from there and order from him. I don't know about the quality of the ones from eBay. However, I do know that BAT makes top notch overlays. You can do it yourself but if you mess up, you have to order a new set. If you're scared, you can go to a shop. Tint Zone charges $15 per light to put it on which is a little pricey but they've done a lot of cars and do a good job. You can always try calling up your local tint shops to see if they can put on overlays.
