Guys I got my curb rashed rim fixed by these guys and the work they do is incredible, I can't even tell where the rash was, I also had the lug hole touched up and they look great, if any of you have the curb rashed wheels these guys are your answer to repairing it, and most important they come to you.

go to repairmywheels.com. The price depends on how many wheels and where you are, but there around 100 to 125 a wheel. They do it all on sight, repair and paint if needed. The guy to call is Mike Judd 949-836-6164, they fix any kind of wheel except chrome but they will be doing chrome soon.

 

which wheels did you have them repaired? Stock 17s, 18s or 19s? Or aftermarket ones. I am pretty sure they can repair any of them but I am curious to know which ones you had them fix.

 

i got quoted for fixing curb rashes on 3 wheels + powder coat all 4 wheels for $300... (18"s but the price was same for 18s or 19s.)

 

infiniti tustin uses velvet touch also... theyre supposed to be incredible! next time i go there for service im gonna have them fix my curb rash too

 

I hope you have warranty for the repair. The touch up sometimes does not last. Sometime they flake of; sometime the finish gets discolored.

Is the touch up just paint or is there also a clear coat?

 

I also had my rim repaired by Velvet Touch. They did a great job. It was $140 flat rate. I believe there is a slight discount if you have more than 1 wheel repaired at a time. They are located in San Diego. Unfortunately, I do not have their contact number with me.

They basically sand down your wheel and then repaint it. The paint matches the stock 18" 03-04 wheels very closely, and you can't really tell a difference until you feel it. They'll come out to you to do the repair.

cmaranan I had them do 1 stock 19" wheel and yes they can do any size.

yeah they said they do alot of work for tustin, I think they said they have a guy there 5or6 days a week.

houstonG, they told me if I have any problems that they will come back out and fix or redo my wheel. they sanded,then color match paint and then clear coated.
