Professional Clear Bra remover?

I am sick and tired of my hood looking like a scratched up plasic toy car. Can somebody recommend an excellent and economical place to remove my full hood clear bra? I am going to leave the bra on the bumper but the hood piece and roof piece have to go. They look terrible.

I suppose playing my remote control cars on the hood didn't really help either.

Motor oil got on it and soaked into the bra. We tried everything to get the stain off, clay bar, plastic polish, vinyl polish, vinegar, degreaser, orbital polisher, wax...... Everytime we try something the bra gets more messed up. Now it looks like my hood is made out of plastic and it has swirl marks all over. (Ok, maybe it's not THAT bad, but it's still irritating)

I'll call Envisage in January to get a quote on bra removal then. My conclusion is that it's not really worthwhile to clear bra the whole hood. I'd rather have a couple of rock chips than a dull orange peel hood with swirls all over.

i dont really have chips on my hood after 2 years.. i drive nothing but highway too.. my bumper on the other hand got KILLED. I guess i'll take ur advice and not put the clear bra on my bumper. Is that the only section that turned yellow? What clear bra did you have? 3M?

It's been almost a year since I removed the clear bra from my hood. Rock chips are minimal. Just have a massive one right on the edge of the hood where it meets the front grill. Change your driving habits, don't tail gate, etc.

I got the 3M clear bra custom fitted. There is no yellowing problem or bubbling, but I managed to get some salt crystals underneath the bra. (huh?) Seems that if salt water gets on the bra long enough it will soak through, and when it dries the crystal is formed underneath the bra.

I want to get 3/4 of the bra removed from the hood and just keep the leading edge. It might look funny, but still be better than what I have now. I fully recommend clear bra on the front bumper though. It's worth every penny. I rear ended a taxi once and it didn't put a scratch on the paint or even the bra.
