I'm still at shock at Reggie's early lateral attempt after a 25-30 yard successful run. After it occurred, I knew that that play would cost them the game. It was just a foolish, FOOLISH turnover.

Texas played a great game and Young was a star.

Leinart is a classless punk

His post-game comments: "I still think we're the better team. Whatever."

I am so glad USC lost. Their fans are worse than their athletes.

uhhh IMO I think the officiating was OK... the refs did a good job calling that diving leap into the end zone by White good. For such an intense game, the refs did OK. Anyway I was totally goin for SC but honestly I think this game was a good wake up call to SC to get their shi* together and their not freqan Gods. Why the hell would you go for it on 4 and 2 when your up with like 5 minutes on the board... SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!! That was stupid and yes that lateral.. DOUBLE YOU TEE EFF!! that was g@y! What a guy. BE CONTENT WITH a 1st Reggie. Man that game sucked but my rose bowl party was cool. lol

Here is an article on ESPN.COM that gave a good explanation:

Hey. You get some calls, you lose some calls. I do remember that one play where a USC receiver supposedly made a one arm catch but the ball appeared to have touched the ground at the same time. That shouldn't have been a reception.

Only difference there is that USC didn't capitalize on their call. Texas did.

Anyways. It was a awesome game. No doubt about that.
