Jan 28/29 Solo2 SCCA Auto-X Event at Qualcomm

Is anyone here going? I was thinking of attending this as my first auto-x event.
For those who have attended scca solo2 events, can I rent helmets at the event? Thanks

Sorry, just saw this now. The practice on the 28th(today) was full, but the championship race tomorrow is open to anyone. It $35 dollars and you basically get 3-4 timed runs and any extra runs if there is time. A practice event usually gets filled up because you can run all day and space is limited. There is no limit to championship runs, but as a result you only get to run a couple times. But I have heard for novices, it's better to go to a championship because novices get more attention. I went today to watch and I'm going tomorrow to run.

If your interested PM me.
