im still waiting on my W2s

 

everyday i check the mail hoping that the w2 is in it... i payed freaken like $20+k in taxes this year... its ridiculous.. i think that ill end up getting like 4k realistacaly.. standar deduction/student/imgrant? does that count hahaha standard foreigner deduction.. we will see im goign to take my taxes to an armenian this year....

I'm getting back almost 6k with federal and state refund.
Claim 0 dependents so i can get the most out at the end of the year.

Wise man say not to claim 0 deductions because you are letting the government keep your money interest free. Better to claim more deducations, and put that extra money in an interest bearing account! You end up with more!

 

Especially knowing you are going to have deductions for interest on mortgage payments, property tax, etc.

My s@#t worked out just about perfect. Stupid tax on a $2035 poker tournament win. Just the stuff I have to get a w-2 for. Only outdid the standard deduction cause of deducting state tax and tournament entires of like $1500.

Owe $120 state and $250 federal refund. I need to buy a house, but freakin Los Angeles real estate is psycho.
