I heard that Firestone lifetime alignment's suck. Some member over at the Bmw Forums says that they don't fix jack when he goes for a new alignment when he adjusts his coilovers.

Don't let ANYONE from discount tires in el monte TOUCH your car. I bought my first set of volks there and they 1. scratched the hell out of one of my stock wheels and denied it. 2. Use a air gun and torqued the volk lug nuts down to around 150lbs.. Took two people to get them off meanwhile scratching up the lugs/wheels.

A friend got some wheels there too and had the same experience... They are good for hookups but don't let them install your crap. They overbook and take all day also.

F1 motorsports or Status auto is the only place you should go.

I had them install a camber kit on my prelude and they forgot to replace miscellanious things like rubber grommets that cover the suspension bolts from within the cabin. Just as narkotic said, they over book and take forever. First Vic tells me 2 hours, and ends up taking 6 hours to install a camber kit. I had them do a one time alignment and i don't think they even did it right. I had to take it back to Firestone to get it redone.

Hookups: Yes. Installs/alignment: NO!
