^ Eibach says its 1.0 Front 1.0 Rear for a 350z. The general rule of thumb is to add .5 to that if you are putting these on a coupe and 1.0 if adding to a sedan.

are these lower than s-techs if so is it very noticeably lower?

^ OP can correct me if I'm wrong but these should provide a G coupe more of a drop. S techs are rated at ~1.2 F and 0.9 R drop on a G35 coupe. The 350z prokit will drop a g35 coupe ~ 1.5 in the F and R.

S techs are rated at ~2 F and 1.25 R on a sedan. These would put ~2 drop front and rear on a sedan.

yea thanks for the info ^^^^"ZachWithNH" , so far i am only doing local pickup, as im not sure how to secure the box yet, any ideas??
