I have front camber arms for sale. Used them for about 8,000 miles. They will come with everything you need. Selling because I don't use them, please feel free to ask me any questions about them.

I'm sure you can use any needle nose pins, just a pin that goes into the crown nut (on the photo, the camber arm laying down, the tip of that). But yea not trying to screw you at all so if you want to stop by a home depot or somewhere to check please do before purchasing them.

Went to home depot and picked up a set of 3 cotter pins for under $1 so I WILL include that with the purchase! Shipping is about 25-30 bucks insured with tracking number (about 15lbs).

Just FYI, you should be able to fit those in a USPS flat rate box.
