How low would this drop the G35? I have the sports suspension on my car right now. Would this make any difference?

Yes it will. When the springs settle your front will be barley 1 finger gap, you will notice a minimal drop in the rear maybe 2 finger gap. I haven't done the rear spring mount mod which is when you cut the boots the springs sit in a half inch. I came from sport suspension to these and I am totally satisfied.
