These were taken off a 2006 350z at 45k miles.

No problems. These were taken out of my bros Z when he upgraded to coils

how would these do on sedan ride quality and how much would it be lowered interested

 

It would lower your sedan about 1" all around and give you better handling than the oem sedan setup. It will lightly stiffen your suspension.
