Stillen sway bar set (great price)
USED STILLEN Adjustable Front & Rear Sway Bar Kit - asking $150 shipped anywhere in the continental USA.
This has been on my 2004 G35 coupe for about 30k miles and has worked flawlessly. I switched out to Motordyne when I changed exhausts to get a little more clearance. Get this great deal now. The picture below shows somewhat dirty bars, but the only wear over time was where my exhaust was hitting/rubbing the rear sway (see pic). Operationally, there are no issues.
•Front & Rear Sway Bar Kit
•Reduces Body Roll & Improves Cornering
•Front and Rear 5-Way Adjustable for Precise Suspension Control/Setup
•Constructed From High Strength Aircraft Grade Steel For Extra Durability
•Powdercoated Finish For Good Looks and Corrosion Prevention
•Front & Rear - 5 Way Adjustable (Except AWD)
From the Stillen web site, This Part Fits
•2003 Infiniti G35
•2004-2006 Infiniti G35 - RWD
•2007 Infiniti G35 - Coupe
•2003-2009 Nissan 350Z

It is very hard to say. I had a prototype MD and it barely touched but could be adjusted to clear, and then I had a custom exhaust made up and it was much worse, basically right on the sway. I ended up getting that fixed properly but already had the MD sways on order...
