thing about shipping is all the fraud going on especially on car forums. I've heard plenty of horror stories to abstain me from shipping. My items eventually sell as there's plenty of G owners around.

 

I guess you're lucky to have plenty of other owners to sell locally, but to the rest of us around the country it's: "Sweet! A good deal" --Location: SoCal, won't ship-- "FFFFFFUUUUUUUU!"

Every forum should just have a SoCal Classifieds section for the 80% of listings that say "local only."


Won't say there is zero fraud, but I've been buying and selling on car forums for the better part of 11 years now with no issues. The horror stories get a lot of attention, but that can be a good thing because it helps noobs become a little more vigilant.
