Its reallly about preference. they are both good.
Only difference is that hubcentric ring is built in (single peice) for H&R and PKs are separate pieces.
Shipping is $12 anywhere to Us. I can ship using flat rate box from USPS.

I'll try the H&R's. I've tried to stay away from spacers, but I hear good experiences with them (and bad). I'll try them out for myself and see what they're like. Let me know how much it is with shipping to 21703. Everything required to mount them included?
