I just got coilovers installed, so im selling what was on my car previously. Not 100% sure if the springs are S. or H. tech, but since my car sat really low I want to say S. tech, i'll post pic of part numbers. I also have KYB excel-g shocks with them. Since I purchased the car with the springs, I can say how many miles they have, but the shocks I only had on for about 6 months maybe 4k miles
