Sorry, sorry... just had plans today also and I was in a rush. Just wanted to put my name down quickly and head out the door.
But, it seems like ya'll have pretty much summed up the answers in the earlier posts.
As for the name, Houston G Club sounds fine. I just hope it's not something that sounds ricey, awkward, or homo.
Something nice and simple... not too much flare or attention-grabbing.

Although I couldn't make it to last weekend's meet, I would love to be a moderator. Most of the time, I'm able to make it out to the meets and as Ryan stated, I'm a "usual suspect".
As a result, I hope will plan to make it out to the July 4th meet.

I could also do photography at the meets along with nyckid (if he ever brings his SLR).

Also, I do detailing in the SW and my specialty is G35s... I mean, I've detailed well into the hundreds of cars... but, I've detailed more Gs than anything else.

I'm also very knowledgeable about many popular modifications of both G sedans & coupes... because sometimes I wish I had both.
I've spent countless hours of my spare time on the forums doing tons of research on modifications for the sedans... and for fun, the coupes.

 

Any chance of including the G37 drivers as well??? Why has nobody had the foresight t post a link to this thread there? There are at least 3 or 4 of us who regularly support the meets and several others who attend sometimes.

 

blackbetty we welcome all G's, we want to get this done right this time. So feel free to link this thread on myg37.com as well.

Fishrfun, lol... Yup I will make an effort to bring out the cam and help you with shooting the cars at the various future meets/events.

I can design the logo or whatever you guys need to help make this happen.

 

Nothing like that at all. These guys just had a mini-meet and things just took off from there. As posted earlier, we're just taking baby steps. But of course all G's are welcome... even G20's!

 

On a different note, an unofficial tally puts "Houston G Club" as the pack leader. What do you guys say?

Come on man you know we can't forget our G37 brotha's!!! Like Mike said it was an impromptu mini-meet Sunday evening and this is the result. Which is why we hadn't posted on the G37 just yet. As you may have remembered in past discussions nyckid and I have always wished the G community would come together and have the exclusivity like the Z's. Looks like we are finally getting off our **** and getting some thing together.
