well can some 1 bring cups and plates? i'll buy charcoal and some beer and the meat. and yea we knew about the H-I were just hoping to dodge them somehow. We still need a meet spot first because memorial park's kinna big unless ya wanna meet out in the front of memorial drive like the july 4th meet then move to another location after about 30 minutes.

Alex, lots of folks are volunteering to bring whatever. I think you should assign people to bring a certain thing or things so people know what to get and we don't have 20 people bringing cups and plates but nobody bringing ice.

I will bring plenty of ice, Modelo Especial beer, hamburger and hot dog buns, condiments (pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard), insect repellent, and 2 medium sized coolers. We will need more coolers.
