I've been personally working with SPC on their revised arms. I have the first prototype arms and I still have the knocking issue. The original problem was clearance in the middle of the arms. SPC revised the arms by creating a different angle there by creating more clearance although this created another problem where the arms now can travel upwards more and this resulted in the arms hitting at the end because of the down slope in the fender design. The stock bump stop are not quite stiff enough to stop the arms from hitting although the revised arm are a much improvement over the original.

Not everyone is having the knocking issue although SPC knows that it's definitely a problem that they need to resolve. If you're not slammed and have springs with high spring rates and preferrably progressive springs yet linear would work, the key is having a high spring rate. This high spring rate would limit the travel of the arms and you may not have the knocking issue.

I've talked with Charlie (lead engineer SPC), Peter (IAP), also Ben the owner, worked with Dan a rep from SPC on my car to find a fix.

SPC is dedicated in producing the best arm possible. They had 50 set of the revised arms in production but since this last setback they stopped production.

I wanted to make everyone aware there are known issues with the current arms you may or may not have the knocking issue depending on your setup.

THanks for the write up. I have been telling people as well, that if your car is not slammed there should not be any issues at all with adjusting camber and not having problems in the front.

Mark, please let me know you contact info so we can work out more details with Charlie about the arms. I may have some ideas on how to fix the problem that I have ran by him as well.

Hello!
Quote:
Rear: Pro Series G35 Extreme Rear Kit 72050
Price: $199 Shipped NEEDS ONLY 1 SET

Is this price for rear cambers for the set? So 199 shipped for both back tires?

If so, is this still the current price shipped to 89178 , and these work on an 06 6mt coupe with tein coilovers for instance?

Please let me know, thanks!
