Looks a lot like the VRT one which seems to be the best performing option.

Hello,

I completely understand what you are saying, but this is the prices I have been given by GT Spec. They have put a lot of time and engineering into this bar. There right up there with ARC. Sorry everyone.

well i can say this from personal experience since i'm doing the R&D testing on this strut bar.

this is the GT SPec proto strut bar that was on my vehicle for 2 weeks

the bolt points and stiffness of this bar made it almost for off road use only . i'm into excellent handling and don't mind the stiff ride. once i finish up the rest of my suspension it's going to the auto-x

i currently have the ARC strut bar on my car-- a lot softer than the GT Spec brace (more streetable). and i live in NY with one of the worst roads in the nation. This strut bar you notice there is more flex in the body on turns and bumps than the GT Spec.

A great thing is the GT Spec strut bar is made of chromoly -- strong if you know your materials.

I've had my VRT Bar for over a year (March 6, 2006). This is the first I've heard of the GT-Spec Bar. It looks exactly like my VRT. As far as Off Road Use only. No Way - Not for me anyway. The VRT works great on the road. It really stiffened up my coupe, handling is much improved. I luv it.

Hello,

GT Spec and VRT work very closely. They kind of pass things back and forth. Like this strut tower bar, and GT Spec developed a BOV kit for the JWT Twins kit. I don't know all the details. Just that they work together.
