Good prices, but customer service leaves something to be desired. I attempted to call 5 times yesterday, and every single time it told me that they were closed for lunch. This was between around 1 - 330.

Took a long time to reach someone on AIM even, and then I was directed to someone else, who never answered my messages.

I need a revised quote for Stance GR+ Coils OEM style for 04 G35 coupe + Front and rear endlinks (whiteline) for the same car.

We are closed from 1:15-2PM CST for lunch. The prompt does not say we are closed for lunch between 2PM-330PM CST. In fact between those hours we accepted 128 Calls according to my stats. It was probably just tough to get through...even though we do have a call queue and multiple lines per extensions.

I know its tough sometimes...but I believe we did chat on AIM. Correct me if I am wrong. If anything PM me or email me your number and I will call you so you don't have to wait.

Sorry about your experience, but we do get overwhelmed my calls through out the day.
