You definitely don't want the BR type then. The BR is designed for daily driving and track use. BC makes another set of coilovers with higher spring rates for the track (these are still fairly inexpensive as well).

PM sents. They do offer stiffer springs, so you can change your spring rate whenever you please.

Aren't the shocks valved differently on the track version of these?

Nope, if you want a different spring rate just let me know and BC will make them for you. 8k/6k 10k/8k 12k/10k let us know what you want!!!

We lowered them on AJ's Z as much as possible and couldnt get the car off the lift. The frame would pretty much hit the ground if we could get it off haha.

You can completely bottom out if you want. Both the springs and the shocks are adjustable.

Yea! 12k is where its at, im gonna go with 12/10 when I get mine. You can get 8/6 though I believe.
