D2/BC/ARK/Tanabe/Ksport/Cusco/HKS/KW/Eibach/Megan Coilovers and More!!!!!
I couldn't post in the Vendor Feedback forum, so I'll leave this here.
On Monday, I called JM Auto racing to inquire about some BC Racing Coilovers. After answering all my questions, I placed an order for a set for my 2007 G35 Coupe. I needed them by Friday(8-1-13) and they were promised to be at my door step by then.
Apparently there was a miscommunication and my coilovers were not built on Monday. Fast Forward to Thursday and after multiple phone calls to JM, I still had yet to receive a tracking number. I was a little worried, $1000 isn't pocket change and I feared the worst. After reassurance from Joe that my coilovers should be here by the promised date, I decided to pull the trigger on the SPC rear camber kit. JM went a step further and ate 75% of the cost to overnight the camber kits so I could have it when I installed the coil overs.
So as of today, I've received my coilovers from BC, and I'm waiting on the delivery of my SPC kit. After talking to Joe today and thanking him for his patience(I called this guy MULTIPLE times), I realized that the kit had been overnighted from BC. JM split the cost of overnight shipping a 55lb box with BC just so I could have them on the promised date.
Awesome customer and I'm sorry I even doubted them to begin with. For as long as I own my G35 I will shop with confidence at JM Auto racing.
