So what's the deal, did Tokico decide to stop selling shocks or something? HP blues are gone everywhere.

Tokico has had a lot of issues with fiscal stability, bankruptcy, changed owners, got bought out. Blah, blah, blah...... Will they be back? Who knows.... they haven't been around for a LOOOOONG time now. For now, people are in demand for shocks and KYB fits the bill really well.
