Kyokugen make open ended lugs for $40. I'm not sure I would trust them on and expensive rim though. Especially if you will be racing on them. Your not gonna find cheaper on a open ended race lug. They are all expensive. I used Kics on my STI.

Quote: What are some of you guys Opinions or Experience with these brand tires. I need input. Keep in mind I don't Race street or track, just daily driving.

Nankang NSII

Falken FK452

Hankook K104

Yokohama AVS ES100

Any other brand preferably under $200 a tire recommended? (In 20" BTW)
I would go with any one of the bottom three listed, with the Yokohama AVS's as my favorites. You may want to check out the Kumoh's. They are probably cheaper than everything you listed and are pretty decent tires.
