Shouldnt joke about that Marcus... but actually... i was thinking damn... if this hurts this bad just from sliding to 3rd base...imagine if i was on a bike and slid on asphalt going 50 mph? That is why i have decided against a bike... But on some serious chit bro... be careful! YOu my boy Black!

^^ X2. I use to volunteer at University Hospital before I was 16 and worked in the ICU areas. I saw some nasty stuff coming in from Bike accidents. That was enough to convince me to not buy a bike or anything with no metal to protect me on the sides from other drivers. It does look much much worse than what those pictures look like.

Andrew, usually you won't feel the pain, since it basically shaves off your nerves off with it. It isn't nice. But that you got definitely hurts to even look at too!

Yeah i hear this all day every day!! I actually work at university hospital and I work at wilford hall. the first week I had my bike I scanned 2 young guys that were seriously messed up from bike accidents. one broke his a back and won't walk again and another had his head split wide open . When I asked the nurse what happen they basically were doin shyt they shouldn't. One took a turn too fast and hit the wall of a building and the other ran into the back of a car speeding. So basically if you ride your bike with skill and be 10x more aware of the crazy SA drivers around you and avoid unsafe situations like riding in a pack of cars then you be good.

There's nothin like it though and I love every second I'm on the bike. Even if I sold it today I'll feel good because its something I've always wanted to do and i've done it. Scratch that off my bucket list!!
