the only other place I know of that has lots of parking and is easy to find is Barton Creek Square Mall. The mall does not open untill 10 a.m. and it's empty on Sunday mornings.

AISD:
Pros: We don't have to worry about Mall Security driving us out of there.
Cons: Might be harder for out of towners to locate. Asking directions from
locals might not even know the location.
BARTON CREEK MALL:
Pros: Easier to locate. If out of towners get lost; easier for directions.
Cons: Mall Security could give us a hassle if the number of cars showing
up becomes to many.
I suggest 9:00am because most people won't really show up on time anyways. Gives you an extra hour to have people trickle in by 10:00am.
Pros: We don't have to worry about Mall Security driving us out of there.
Cons: Might be harder for out of towners to locate. Asking directions from
locals might not even know the location.

The 1pm Meet at Bone Daddy's is on Saturday.
so we have a Bone Daddy's meet on Saturday at 1pm and a possible meet and greet for the out of town people on Sunday morning.
