Smile Houston Service Dealership Recommendation

Hey! I recently moved to Houston and I am looking for a dealership to get my car serviced. Does anyone know a good Infiniti dealership in town that has great service. If so, is there a particular person you would recommend I talk to. Please let me know.

Thanks.

Which side of town are you on?

I wouldn't go to SouthWest Infiniti. There service sux! The only good service advisor they had was Nigel Hotson and he moved to North Houston Infiniti.

After my one experience with Southwest I'd rather make the trek and go back to North Houston.

Welcome to Houston and the board.

To add, SW needs to get their act together. The service advisors (guys up front when you arrive) seem relatively good, but the shop guys seem a bit off.

Case in point:
- Went in for a 15k service, was told i had a flat. I said ok, go ahead and patch. They came back 30m later said my other tire also had a screw in it. I told them that was near impossible (i just got the tires!) but what the heck, "show me".

Walked to the wheel, then the car. It wasn't mine. They started scratching their heads and told me that was my car and wheel. I set them straight, i don't have a blue slate, and i don't have OEM rims/tires... then walked them over to my car, showed them my registration for it. *sigh*

Among other things, they "fixed" a couple loose items on my car but really, they didn't even touch it. They also wouldn't accomodate an oil change request because i didn't have an appointment. I eventually changed it myself and made sure i documented the oil change just in case.

Oh, one other thing. Don't go in there unshaved (yes, face hair), they treat you quite differently. Go figure.

^^Wow...SW Infiniti strikes again....

That's why for me if it isn't major work. I wouldn't go to the dealership. Oil/Fluid changes that i can do in my garage and be responsible for f*&#*ing my on stuff up I would rather just do. SW infiniti techs are a bunch of DumbS%$^s!

I've been to both the West and North Houston Infiniti dealers. I never had a problem with either of them.

Clearlake Infiniti isn't bad. You can request an oil change for the same day even if it's short notice. I go there for regular oil change. You just have to be direct with what you want done to your car and like any dealership, don't allow them to convince you that you need more work than you do. I still have to get my 30K tune up done but they give you a list of what that includes. The 30K tune cost rouoghly 500 but you can itemize what you need from what you don't. Overall, I can't complain.

I too have had good luck with Clear Lake Infiniti. Bought my car from there and had some service done there without any problems.

Aren't two of the 4 dealerships owned by the same company?

In any case, with all these negatives, kinda makes you think... should we start our own Infiniti service center?
