I put an HR y-pipe on our sedan last week. Overall tone is a little deeper but not much louder outside the car. Inside it seems a touch louder but more just a better tone. If I had not told my wife it was on she probably wouldnt have noticed it.

The rest of the exhaust is stock. Im sure with an aftermarket exhaust the difference is more noticeable

Hi Gabe,

Sorry missed your call. Installing a Coupe Y-pipe would give your sedan a deeper tone. You should talk to Khoa (FlSHRFun) he bought Fernando's y-pipe

I've seen some people do the 350z springs on a sedan before and it lowered it a bit.
