Cricket Wireless is excited to present the Cricket or Ticket Carshow! Come see some of the hottest cars across the state of Texas as they come to Corpus Christi to compete for top honors! We will have many different car classes available and are waiting for you to register so we can save you and your team space in the event!

Car entries are $20/per car!
Show times: Noon to 5pm
Set up times: 9:30am to 11:30am

Not trying to sound harsh, but is this an actual show or is this going to be a car meet?

Project 512 was advertised as a show but it felt more like a meet... that was out in the hot sun on a race track... with no awards awarded to anyone who made the trip to Austin.

This is an actual show...we will have members from 16niss judging the show and displaying their cars for exhibition. There will be awards for the winners and it will be a great showing!

512 was never advertised as a competition car show with awards and prizes. It was promoted as a gathering of like minded enthusiasts and entry fees were defined as going towards the cost of the venue.

 

Only a few days away...woooohooooo!

Not trying to beat a dead horse but I've forgotten all about it now. How I perceived it to be is how I perceived it to be, and that's it. If that's what the cost of the fee was meant for, then that makes perfect sense. I'll leave that as it is.

Regardless of how I perceived it, I still thought the race track was a unique idea and there were some really outstanding rides there. I give mad props to everyone that put the time into it.

Favorite so far tho, are the guys from Cali that came out to advertise their cup kit and actually seeing Status:One's car in person.

 

so how did this show end up and did anyone on here win?????? wish i coulda gone but car wont be ready till 2 weeks
