does anyone know what will make the steering wheel not tilt or telescope back n forth all of a sudden also my seat is stuck all the way back won't move forward .. all happened at same time .. checked fuses and all are ok ... don't hve the money for dealership to look at car has this happen to anyone else... all.the rest of the functions work on driver and passanger seats but both won't go forward or back.... I'm 5'6 so can't reach petals with seat all way back hhaha someone please help ...

 

Test the the switch to see if the forward and backward motion is receiving a 12v signal.
