Suggest me my area of interest for a project. I am B Tech 2nd yr. ECE student.?

I am a B Tech 2nd yr. student with branch Electronics and Communication. I read in IIT Roorkee. My 4th sem is almost over and I want to do a project in summers. Plz suggest me an area in electronics that has wider research scope and would lead me a high paying job in companies like Intel, Nvidia or National
