ive recently experienced a problem where my passenger window doesn’t work with either buttons (driver & passanger)

this is happens when I opened my windows with the key fob (holding unlock button) and I can only lock it with the physical key (locking with the keyhole)

i dont belive it is a broken motor motor because the window is still functioning just not with the buttons.

Im not sure but Ive heard people mention something about the windo motor being reprogrammed. Maybe thats what it needs?
