I just did an ECU reset as indicated in on of the forums (put the key on th ON position and then press the gas pedal a series of times..) . My car feels more light and responsive.
I will take it tomorrow to the track and will post results.

I went to the race track yesterday just before they closed, like at 1145 p.m. I was allowed to ran my car once. I ran against a new TLS, with cai, headers, exhaust and beat him. I started on 2nd gear, so I do not know if I could have done a better time. I was not able to push the RPM more than 2k before launch. However, my time was 9.511. That was the best time I did last week. I performed an ECU reset by doing the Key on ON, Pedal ON-OFF method and felt my car much more lighter and responsive after that. Unfortunately, I got to the race track late yesterday and could only race once. I will go next Friday and see if the "feeling" actually turns into better timing.

I took my car to Os Car's PErfomance on Miami, FL, by FIU. They re tuned my utec and where able to pull out 14 hp more to the wheels. I went in wih 229 and went out with 243 hp. I notice my car faster, but I want to take it to the 1/8 th mile trak first. I already know my best time to be 9.500 secs. I hope I can do 9.4 or better. I will post scan images of the dyno results as well as the maps on the utec.

Good news! 14 more hp is better than 0hp. Hope you can get a bit more outta your car! And good luck!

I'm sort of having the same issue with my coupe. I have headers and an injen ses exhaust, MRev2 w/ spacer, pop charger. I gained like 3whp and maybe 5 pounds of tourqe after my tune with utec.

It was tuned by julian at MRC so i know its a good tune, but i remember him saying it had a weird bump in the a/f right around 3k. He said it was more than likely due to the headers. Since the tune, my car has been hesitating due to what i think is the utec pulling timing.

Know the feeling...

Before tuning the UTEC and removing the Kinetix SSV my car was a damn lazy cow. Now it is moving much faster. I have not been able to take it to the race track again to see if I can do better than 9.500 s; I am pretty much sure I will.

have you checked your spark plugs for clues?

It could be bad fuel? gas stations have been known to pour water into Super unleaded tanks (big issue here in SoCal with independent Mobils about 14-15 years ago)

A plug or two could also be fouled, if you were running rich prior to tuning.

Restricted fuel supply? Clean the filter.

Would also help if you had a control run, so to know if you are actually trying to fix something, or if that's just what your car runs. Every car is different!
Some are workhorses, some are quarterhorses, and still others are old grey mares that you want to kick in the a$$.

It really comes down to the gremlin(s) that took up residency in your ride as it came off the line. Mine have a sense of humor, but are well behaved and like wind in their hair and bugs in their teeth.

Maybe it's your track or conditions, by my 03 5AT sedan typically sees low 9.2s@77-78mph in the 1/8. I would have thought an 07 5AT sedan should be in the 9.0-9.1 range.

I just cam back from the track. I made 9.264,9.297, 9.318, 2 more 9.3s and a bunch a of 9.4s. Unfortunately, I got a speeding ticket on my way back home. I was not racing or going to fast; as a matter of fact, there were a bunch of cars passing next to me at higher speeds, but I was the lucky one...
