I'm thinking of going to him for that exact reason... something TS doesn't do... Shawn tells me there are gains to be made with this unit even with a TS flash... I need to get together with him soon - funny how I can walk to his shop from one of my work locations, but never have the time

Well the only time i dynoed there close to stock was about 2 years ago with z-tube and stock exhaust minus the resonator.
I had 261 hp, and 249 or 251 tq.

Here is another one from a year ago with z-tube and catback NON dual exhaust.

I found out dynapack and dynojet numbers are anywhere from 15-20 hp and tq different.

Rough gains:
278.8 -261 = 17.8 hp gain

266.5-250 = 16.5 ftlbs torque gain.

Must feel great especially with the retune. You got more gains just from the tune vs the bolts ons alone.

but I thought the gains were supposed to be 20-25hp? hehe

naw, not anytime soon, maybe later on. As soon as my driving record gets clean i might consider it but that will not happen until next year.

the bolt-ons are sometimes worthless without a tune... he probably would not have seen such good results with tune alone and no bolt-ons.
