Tarek, please read through the forum and do some research on your own before you post questions that are commonly discussed on the forum. That is a new member's responsibility per the forum rules.
On another note I was thinking more along the lines of 105-110hp gain, especially with the chip.

Realistically you will see a gain of 10-15 whp, and increased responsiveness due to fixing the electronic throttle restriction. It is not a chip that you physically install, but an ECU reflash program you upload via the OBD2 port that lets us custom program how the ECU runs the car.

So installing an cold air intake, plenum spacer, larger headers along with a nice cat back system would see more gains right, how much more horsepower with Osiris?

lmao... nah man.. he was trolling you.... 10-15hp..... and like they said headers arent worth putting on, unless of course you upgrade the cams... but the labor of that stuff will cost just as much, if not more, than the parts themselves...... what you should do, plenum spacer, ztube and filter, high flow cats, than osirus tune... should yield you a realistic 30-40whp gain for all of that stuff.
