Z1 dyno tune: 04 G35 coupe 6MT
Bought the car bone stock as a 3rd owner in October with all previous infiniti service history intact. Set a small budget aside and got all of the modifications done by November. Finally went to Z1 motor sports in Carrollton GA to get the car tuned by John via UpRev Osiris.
Mods related to engine power are as follows:
RevUp airbox with venturi
CF Ztube
Skunk2 5/8" plenum spacer
SunAuto grounding system
Megan Resonated Test Pipes
Invidia Gemini true dual exhaust
Baseline was a very lean 235wtp and 247whp at around 14.5 a/f ratio.
After several runs he topped it out at 258wtq and 267whp at around a 12.8-13 a/f ratio.
Now the car is much more alive with the expanded power band. I love how the curve is. This should keep me occupied until I go in search of more power (boost).
