Altered Atmosphere reflash results

Altered Atmosphere reflash results
I had my reflash done today. Unlike the last two days that I dyno'd, the conditions today were poor--warm and very humid. The results showed good gains in the middle portion of the curves, however, the results seem very inconsistent with my last dyno before headers.
Here is the breakdown (all numbers are SAE corrected):
HP TQ Date dyno performed Humidity
Baseline, no mods: 232 228 March 4 2006 6%
+Stillen catback, spacer 243 234 March 16 2006 6%
+ Alphawerks headers 247 226 April 22 2006 42%
+ Reflash 249 233 April 22 2006 51%
Now,based on the butt dyno, there is no way that the headers made only 4hp and lost 12TQ!!! The car felt so much faster after the headers I couldn't believe it!
Here are the graphs from today showing only the last two conditions. You'll see pretty good gains in both HP and TQ from 3500-6000, but we weren't able to gain anything up top. Also, my A/F ratios were totally different today then on either of the two previous dyno days (on those days I was running incredibly lean, up to almost 17:1 at points, but today the baseline run was almost flat at 14:1! WTF?
Basically, I am not confident in the continuity of the dynos, however, you can clearly see the gains from the reflash today.

Nah, I am not wasting any more money on dynos. We did a bunch of dynos today with different tuning maps and it is what it is.
The proof is in the 1/4 mile results at this point.
As I said, I am not confident in the continuity of the dyno from day to day because these day-day results were simply too odd.

Oh yeah--the other variable could be the gasoline that is being distributed right now.
As you all know, they are taking out the MTBE (or whatever it is) and replacing it with ethanol. From what I understand, MTBE is better than ethanol for power and efficiency and when the two are mixed, as might be the case at this particular time of year as the switch over is being made, supposedly the mixture is worse than either of the two alone.

Have you been to the drag strip...b/f or since all the work?
